I provide specialist addiction therapy for alcohol addiction, drug addiction (including ketamine, cocaine, and cannabis), sex and love addiction therapy, and codependency therapy. My approach is integrative — combining CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and Post-Induction Therapy (PIT) to address both the behaviour and its underlying causes.

Bromley offers a quieter, more suburban setting with easier parking than central London, while maintaining the same high standard of therapy, pricing, and approach. You can also combine in-person sessions with online therapy if that works better for you.

Individual therapy sessions are £95 per 50-minute session — same fee at both locations — with a free 15-minute initial consultation. Some private health insurers (including Aviva) may cover sessions. For established clients, a 5% discount is available when booking 8 sessions in advance.
