I see clients face to face and have consulting rooms in Bromley and Croydon.
 

Payment
Cash, bank transfer and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel your therapy appointment. Otherwise, you will need to pay the full cost of the session.

Get Your Sessions Covered By Your AVIVA Insurance

Contact us to schedule an initial free consultation so that I can help you assess your needs.

 

During our consultation, please let us know that you want to use your AVIVA cover to fund your treatment.


After your initial consultation with me, contact your AVIVA insurance and let them know that you wish to use your policy to see the me we and provide them with my name.


Once AVIVA has approved the sessions, they will authorise a set number of sessions initially (usually 10 sessions).They will provide you with an authorisation code.

 

I will need the following information:
Your policy number
The authorisation code
The number of sessions authorised by your health insurance provider


If you feel that you need further sessions and agree with your me to continue with the treatment (before the initially approved sessions are fully used), you will need to contact AVIVA over the phone and ask them to authorise additional sessions. 

 

AVIVA will require a written report on the progress of your therapy. I will be happy to provide such a report and send it to AVIVA for approval.


Please note that insurance providers do not cover the fees of missed sessions, and you are responsible for paying for missed/cancelled or rescheduled sessions where you didn’t give us at least 24 hours’ notice. These will be invoiced to you directly and must be paid on receipt.

 

WPA
